Jeremiah began 2012 by joining the team of LMS Commercial Real Estate. Prior to joining LMS, Jeremiah worked as a retail specialist for Bennett Williams Realty, where he started in 2006. While there, he completed over 500,000 SF in transactions. Jeremiah currently represents 540,000 SF of available retail & commercial space and actively represents Verizon Wireless and Little Caesars in Central PA.

He is affiliated with International Council of Shopping Centers, Inc. (ICSC), "RAYAC" Realtors Association of York & Adams Counties, Inc., Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and is a member of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce.

Jeremiah currently resides in Lancaster, PA.
