Wilay recently joined the staff of LMS Commercial Real Estate in 2007. Prior to working for LMS, Wilay had six (6) years of experience at NAI Commercial Partners, Inc. by assisting with sales and leasing transactions and all aspects of client management, marketing and advertising property listings. Wilay obtained her PA Real Estate license in 2003 and is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) as well as Commercial & Industrial Council of Lancaster County.

Wilay works s a sales and leasing agent.  Wilay’s main responsibility is to fill spaces within the company’s portfolio as well as retail leasing, tenant representation, sales, and land acquisition.

Having lived in Lancaster for nearly 30 years, she graduated from Hempfield High School and she has a BS in Sociology from Millersville University. She currently resides in Landisville, Pa with her husband, Dan, and their two young children, Keira and Mackenzie.
