Melissa has been a commercial real estate professional for more than seven years.  Having performed property management services for retail and office properties, she has an in-depth knowledge of building operations.  Melissa currently oversees the daily operations and maintenance of a retail portfolio located throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. 

Prior to joining Property Management Alternatives, Melissa worked in Atlanta, GA serving as Assistant Property Manager for Advantis Real Estate Services Company where she successfully managed a 650,000 square foot portfolio comprised of suburban Class “A” multi-tenant office buildings, owned by St Joe Commercial.  Prior to working with Advantis, Melissa worked with Spectrum Cauble Management and Equity Investment Group. 

Throughout her career in commercial property management, Melissa has gained experience in developing both operating and capital budgets and business plans, oversaw lease administration and compliance, managed maintenance staff and vendors in support of building operations and established excellent tenant relations skills.
