Melissa Harple is a paralegal who joined LMS-PMA in August of 2006.  She handles all levels of legal matters, primary being the drafting and negotiating of leases.  Melissa is a 1984 graduate of Harrisburg Area Community College with an Associates Degree in Paralegal.  The first 9 years of her career were spent with the firm Nikolaus, Hohenadel & Umbenhauer, where she was a legal secretary/legal assistant.

She then moved to Fisher Companies in Lancaster.  She was employed 11 years as a Paralegal, working both the development and management sides of commercial real estate.  After a year and a half working for a private law firm as a legal secretary, Melissa is happy to again be working in the areas of management and development with the LMS-PMA team.

Melissa is a lifelong resident of Elizabethtown.
