Marisa joined the staff of LMS Commercial Real Estate in 2005.  Prior to working for LMS Commercial Real Estate Marisa gained experience by running a partnership internet business.  She brings marketing and sales experience from prior work experience. 

Born and raised in Lancaster County, she graduated from Lampeter-Strasburg High School and Lancaster County Career & Technology School.

Marisa works with Donna Deerin-Ward with the responsibility of maintaining all of the marketing for both leasing and management properties.  Her daily job functions include brochures, website, marketing packages and the organization of (3) conventions that our company attends throughout the year.  Also, she plays a role in leasing, currently assisting all leasing agents with lease proposals, lease agreements, sales meetings and a variety of special projects required by the office. In 2006, Marisa obtained her real estate license to add value to the team.  Marisa is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers.

In Marisa's spare time she enjoys hiking, gardening, dancing and spending time with her family and pets.
