Ken
joined LMS Commercial Real Estate in 1999.
A
1990 graduate of DeVry Technical Institute, Woodbridge, NJ, Ken received an
honors diploma in Electrical Engineering. After graduation from DeVry, Ken
was employed by Heat and Control, Inc., a leader in the food packaging and
procession industry. He spent the next nine (9) years traveling to food
packaging facilities across North America, where he installed, modified,
started-up and integrated high-speed packaging lines for major food

Simplot.
In 1999, Ken made a major career change. After receiving his real estate
license for Pennsylvania, he left the world of food packaging and processing
to join LMS Commercial Real Estate as a sales consultant. In 2004, Ken
took on a expanded internal role, and now handles the marketing
material for all properties, which includes creating brochures, website
maintenance, taking photos for file use and generating informational tools
for public dissemination. Ken is also responsible for technical
support for LMS agents and our employees.
In addition, to creating detailed competition maps (a MapInfo program) for new
tenant sites and surveying markets for potential development projects, ken
is proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,
Dreamweaver, and MS Office products, which are utilized to create sketch plans and
various presentation
material for trade-shows and client meetings.
In his spare time, you can find him
behind a "Front of House" sound console, running live sound for
many local and semi-national bands. He enjoys playing hockey, skiing, sailing,
cycling, and
time away from the grind.
