Felicia joined LMS in April 2007.  She is the executive assistant to Dave Nicholson in Retail Leasing and Development.

Prior to working at LMS Commercial Real Estate, she worked 11 years at Bennett Williams in the President's office for Mr. Nicholson.  Felicia brings with her extensive knowledge on client relations, presentation planning, organizing and execution.  She has assisted and organized presentations for prestigious clients such as Starbucks, Old Navy, Gap, Pier 1 Import, Ruby Tuesday, etc.

Felicia graduated from Harrisburg Area Community College with an Associates Degree in Social Services.  She attended Millersville University to continue her education before deciding to team up with Mr. Nicholson.

Felicia is originally from Hershey and currently lives in York with her husband and two dogs.
