Ellen has been with Property Management Alternatives, inc. since 1999 and has over fifteen years experience in commercial real estate, property management, accounting and administration field.

At Property Management Alternatives, inc. Ellen is responsible for handling the property management functions for properties managed by the company.  She oversees the financial reporting to the owners, the annual budget process, tenant expense recoveries, maintenance calls, contracts with vendors and tenant relations.  Ellen was instrumental in the software implementation and conversion to the Timberline Software package and is instrumental in special projects.

Prior to joining PMA, Ellen worked at Performance Industries, Inc. as an Administrative Assistant handling the accounting for several companies. She also learned many facets of business by working with business plans, forecasts, budgeting, seminars, and personnel issues including interviewing, performance evaluations and employee handbooks.

Previously, Ellen worked in property management for five years with Fisher/Sponaugle Management Company.  During her years at Fisher/Sponaugle, she acquired knowledge in lease administration, property management and all accounting functions for the shopping center and outlet center industry.

Ellen is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania.  In addition, she is a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), having completed her certification in 2005.  The CSM professional designation is administered by the International Council of Shopping Centers.
