Donnalee joined the LMS/ PMA team in 1997.
She graduated from Ursinus College with a Bachelor of Science in Economics
and Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and a minor in
Communications and brought with her over seven years of property management
experience.
As
Office Manager for both LMS Commercial Real Estate and Property Management
Alternatives, Donnalee handles human resources issues, as well as benefits
administration and internal office procedures.
Donnalee
is responsible for all original entry bookkeeping and budgeting as well as
monthly financial statements and supporting documents for Property
Management Alternatives, inc. She oversees all the accounting functions for
the managed properties including the annual business plans, annual budget
packages, and the monthly comprehensive financial reports for each property.
Proficient in Word for Windows, Lotus 1-2-3, Excel, AMSI and Timberline
Software (property management software packages) Donnalee also does special
projects as required. Past items have included the preparation of Lease
Summaries for projects managed, proformas, various schedules for bankruptcy
hearings and creating forms and procedures to keep track of agent
commissions. She was also an integral part in the decision-making process
and conversion to our Timberline Software.
Donnalee also holds a real estate license for Pennsylvania.
