Donna is responsible for overseeing all leasing and sales activities for LMS as well as coordinating the acquisition and development team.  Her twenty-one years of experience has been in site selection and obtaining approvals for the development  and leasing of retail commercial properties, including shopping center land acquisitions, shopping center development, land leases, and freestanding build-to-suit deals.  She represents both landlords and tenants.  She prepares pro-forma’s, leasing status reports, and budgets for various projects. 

Donna obtained her real estate license in 1985 while attending Penn State University.  She continued working in the shopping center industry, by leasing retail shopping center space, through her graduation from Penn State with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.  During this period she was licensed with Commercial Realty Specialists, Inc. where she assisted John Doshna doing site selection for General Mills’ Red Lobster Concept.  She then moved her license to Bennett Williams, Inc. where she spent the majority of time acquiring land for shopping center development.  In 1988, Donna joined her father and his two partners as Director of Development for Lanecor Associates, where they developed over two million square feet of community and regional shopping centers, in Pennsylvania and Northern Virginia during her employ.  She and her father started LMS Commercial Real Estate in 1990 which they have grown into a full service real estate company specializing in retail leasing, development and management.

Donna is a licensed salesperson in the states of Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland.  Her main focus has been the acquisition of sites for discount stores, freestanding Drug Stores, shopping centers, and other retail tenants.  She is well heeled in all aspects of the real estate business and is capable of taking a deal from the initial site selection, tenant selection, developing a site plan, hiring engineers, obtaining all governmental approvals (including municipal approval, zoning approvals, and permits) and follow through construction until the tenant takes occupancy.  Donna has a vast network of Brokers whom she relies on in the industry to share information on the communities in which we transact business.  Donna has done site selection and/or multiple land deals for the following tenants and/or their developers: Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., CVS Drug Stores, Weis Markets, Giant Foods of Carlisle,  as well as several development companies.  Donna enjoys running, yoga, paddling, and spending time with her husband, Chad, and three children, who are active in water sports, hockey, basketball, track, and baseball.
