Chad joined the staff of LMS Commercial Real Estate in 2007.

Chad brings over 18 years experience in Sales and Marketing to LMS.  He previously held the position of Vice President & Director of Sales for New Era Die Company based out of Red Lion, PA.  Chad was responsible for entering new products into the world market for the automotive industry, as well as, overseeing sales staff and project management.  Before New Era, Chad was managing director of Gerhardt International of Dallastown, PA.  Gerhardt is a Danish based company that is an industry leader in rotating cutting dies for the pressure sensitive label industry.  Chad was responsible for establishing Gerhardt's presence in the United States market.  Working with a $15 million budget, he established a 100,000 square foot manufacturing facility fitted with high tolerance automated equipment and a staff of 85 employees.

Chad looks forward to his new career at LMS, as a leasing agent.  He strives to bring all his years of experience to potential tenants and co-workers.  In his spare time, Chad likes spending time with his wife Donna and three children.  He also enjoys water sports and anything with a motor as well as playing his guitar.  Chad is a former record holder in water ski jumping and a series champion in jet ski racing's expert division.
