Brenda joined LMS Commercial Real Estate in 1989, when her husband was transferred by his company to Lancaster, PA from salisbury, md.

Originally from Salisbury, MD, she graduated from James M. Bennett Senior High School and attended both Delaware Technical & Community College and Wicomico Technical School, studying Architectural Design. The experience she gained from twelve years of employment with Salisbury Steel Products in steel fabrications, client relations, blueprint and design interpretation, inside sales, price-estimating, payroll, and implementing the OSHA Safety Program, has proven invaluable to the LMS team.  

Brenda provides direct support for Joseph W. Deerin and Donna Deerin Ward, the Acquisitions and development team, as the Project coordinator. Brenda also assists the CFO in generating the financial profiles for projects presented to financial institutions and prepares NUMEROUS legal documentation.  She also organizes the icsc retail conventions, assist in the bidding for contractors, obtains the environmental studies, title searches, zoning and she is responsible for tracking the critical time-lines of all the purchase agreements for the due diligence and approval periods.  

  Brenda has been a Notary Public since 1996

In Brenda’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two grand children.
