Beth Nidam

Property Accountant

Beth joined the staff of Property Management Alternatives in May 2001.  She graduated from the University of Miami, FL with a B.B.A. in Economics and brings with her fourteen years of experience in the fields of customer service and accounting, primarily in the transportation industry.

At Property Management Alternatives, Beth is responsible for handling the accounting, reporting and property management functions for several of the properties managed by our company. She handles the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank account maintenance and reconciliation. For each of the properties she handles, Beth prepares the annual business plans, the annual budgets, and the monthly comprehensive financial reports to submit to the owners/investors.
