LMS has provided landlord and tenant representation, property management and development services for local, regional, national companies and individual owners.  LMS participates in local, regional, and national trade shows sponsored by International Council of Shopping Centers to stay on top of changes in the industry.  With over twenty years of experience, our team has coordinated the development and construction of over 12 million square feet of commercial properties including convenience stores, drug stores, office superstores, grocery stores, shopping centers, strip centers, outlet centers and power centers.  We currently lease in excess of 6.5 million square feet of commercial property.
